1. Order Via online store.

Register on our online store, and the order can be placed. There is no confirmation or activation email needed when register. Please write your information as detailed as possible and shipping will based on the registered information.

For each order, the amount should be not less than US$100.

2. Payment.

Paying through online store, both remittance and PayPal are available. Please select payment method with order.

If pay through PayPal, 3.5% fee will be needed. After an order is confirmed, it will automatically direct to “PayPal payment” page. If select remittance, after an order is placed, our bank account will be found on Order Information Page. After the payment is transferred, leave the order number with the order. It will let us know whose payment has reached to our bank account.

3. Shipping.

Shipping time is within 4 weeks after the order is confirmed. Please make sure the payment reaches our bank account before shipment.

4. Order status.

After order is placed, the order status can be found on Order Information Page.

Returns Policy

PP3DP accepts returns for products if there has been a problem with the order. Claims for missing or damaged printers will be honored up to 1 month from the initial delivery date.
