Heating Block Falling Out

My Heating block keeps falling out. Its attached by the 3 screws, but it keeps falling out! am I missing something here? The heat sync is on as tightly as possible, but the pipe just isnt tight enough and keeps falling out.

Contact your supplier and request a replacement, sounds like the silver column is under sized.

I had the same issue with the Up Plus. It's a pain, but I slipped a little copper shim in there before I tightened it up again and it works a treat. With the lower profile nozzles that Cool Component sell, you can also get a few extra mm in the z direction once you've calibrated it again.
