Spotted this 'new' air diverter some what different to the current Wind Barrier/cooler
Did I miss this development, or was this a mod ?

Hmmm not seen that one before. It could be a DIY. Not sure it is an improvement on the V7 wind barrier though.

That is an old design that you'll find in the support section of some older pp3dp Up! software packages.
